Our E-Filing service is designed to streamline the process of filing court documents, making it more efficient, secure, and convenient. This service allows you to submit your court documents to the court electronically, eliminating the need for printing, traveling, parking, waiting in line, taking time off work, and similar inconveniences associated with in-person submissions and trips to the court.

If we prepare your court documents, we can e-file or fax-file them for you, in the counties where those services are available.

Alternatively, if you have already prepared your own papers, you can still use our self-service e-filing portal and e-file your court documents.

To use our self-service portal, you need to create an account, using the E-Filing button below. For new accounts created, the state will require you to setup a payment method. Once this is done, you can log in and start uploading and filing your PDF court documents.

Our user-friendly interface makes it easy to upload, review, and submit your documents. If the document is not 'OCR/searchable,' as some court require, a button will appear giving you the option of having the interface convert your PDF for you. You will also receive notifications about the status of your filings, instantaly, as they are reviewed and processed by the clerk at the court.

We understand the importance of delivering legal documents in a professional and lawful manner, and we are committed to exceeding your expectations. We serve a wide range of legal documents, including summons, complaints, petitions, requests for orders, and other court documents. 

So, if you hire us to prepare and file your legal documents, we can also have the papers sent out with one of our servers with whom we network across the state and country, without any additional steps.

If you have already prepared and filed your own legal papers, you can still have us serve your papers by logging in and creating a process service account and submitting your process service order, using the process service button at the top/right of the page.

Either way, you will receive real time automated status updates, as attempts are made, as well as PDF proofs of service, once service is completed.
